Artist's Statement

Peter Forder works in oil and acrylic in a broadly impressionist style-both from life, and from memory and imagination. His interests are colour, atmosphere, movement and texture. Major themes are the rich tones of Russian architecture, the anonymity of the modern metropolis, and the fecundity and intense colours of his allotment.
