Artist's Statement

Lindsay Suddon is interested in people. His oil portraits are products of his desire to reveal the unique qualities that can be found in an 'ordinary face'. Capturing a true likeness is his chief concern but he continues to experiment with different techniques in order to best match style with subject. Commissions welcome.
